What this engagement required.

Leaving a Legacy was a weekly radio program hosted by Pastor Joshua Thompson of Legacy City Church, airing five days a week on Bridge Radio. The program needed a dedicated landing page separate from the church's main website, a single-purpose destination built to receive listeners and convert their interest into financial support for the show.

The engagement required more than a marketing website. Donors could give any amount, one-time or recurring, and each gift triggered a fulfillment workflow that tracked the donor, processed the payment through Stripe, and logged everything in Airtable. A separate Airtable base managed the production of the radio program itself. Webflow was the front end. Wized connected all of it.

Leaving a Legacy needed a site built around a single purpose: giving listeners a reason to support the program and an easy way to act on it. The page leads with that ask directly, then builds the trust needed to follow through. What the gift supports, who is behind the program, and where the show lives beyond radio. Each section earns the next. The design extends Legacy City Church's primary blue into a complete palette, grounded by an off-black and softened by neutral greys and a creamy off-white. A black and white hero image anchors the opening.

Custom Checkout and Donation Flow

Donors needed to choose their own amount and frequency (one-time or recurring). That flexibility can't be routed through a static Stripe cart. The checkout had to be built to match the ask rather than constrain it.

Wized served as the connective layer between Webflow, Airtable, and Stripe. It handled donor identification, routed the correct API call based on giving frequency, and kept credit card data out of the system entirely using embedded Stripe Elements, avoiding the compliance requirements that come with handling payment data directly. Completed transactions were recorded in Airtable for donor tracking and fulfillment.

Donor Fulfillment

Every completed gift triggered a fulfillment record in Airtable tracking the donor's information, giving history, and whether their complimentary copy of Honey & Gold: The Gospel of John had been sent and received. The base was built to accommodate future promotions and additional excerpt editions, not just the initial campaign.

Production Infrastructure

A separate Airtable base managed the production of the radio program itself. Sermons were mapped to episodes, divided into segments, and tracked across air dates, delivery schedules, titles, runtimes, and transcriptions. That structure kept a five-day-per-week broadcast schedule organized and gave the production team a reliable foundation to work from every week.
